Danford Hotel & Marina has been voted by Long Island Press (www.longislandpress.com) readers as the region's #2 Best Hotel and #3 Best Marina in the regional paper's fifth reader poll, The Best of Long Island 2010. Tens of thousands of votes from Long Islanders were cast on-line for a spectrum of local businesses and national chains across 215 categories.

Danfords Hotel & Marina, formerly Danfords on the Sound, has been a mainstay in Port Jefferson Village since 1986 when it was established as an inn, conference center, marina, restaurant, and catering facility.
