Executive Chef Jonathan Levine brings a unique repertoire of knowledge and skills to your plate with experience in top establishments in the Caribbean, Manhattan and Las Vegas. He hails from Wynn Las Vegas, Restaurant Guy Savoy at Caesar's Place Las Vegas, and The Ritz-Carlton Hotel, Puerto Rico.

Here, he applies a "farm to table" concept with fresh local produce and regional seafood as the driving force.

WAVE Seafood Kitchen offers a refined menu focusing on Long Island's finest resources from farms and fields to the sea. Catches that are a must-try include Long Island Striped Bass, Chef's daily roasted whole fish, and a trio tasting of ceviche. Land-lovers may relish in bacon wrapped dates or an innovative version of Filet of Ribeye.
